Online purchases from this section of the website may be made by anyone, for delivery to a billing address, as registered with the clients' credit card company. We are unable to deliver online purchases to non-registered addresses at this time, but invite our clients to visit our website at http://www.playsneaker.com . Immediately after an order has been submitted, an automated sales invoice will be forwarded to the email provided to us during the order process. This sales invoice should be retained for any future references. Without this receipt, we may not be able to validate your purchase, and accordingly, may not be able to proceed with any requests.

Product Availability

All products from this website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. Should a product not be available according to your specified sizing requirements, the NEXT HALF-SIZE (i.e. 9 ½ to 10) will be processed to minimize waiting time. Customers are advised to take this into consideration during the order process and/or contact our customer services to clarify on sizing availability. Each client may make online purchases of up to four items per style, but no greater than a value of US$500.00.

Title to any products you order on this website, and its associated risk of loss, damage or return (due to failure of receipt of by customer) of the product, PASSES TO YOU at the point of shipment of the products with our shipping agent. All footwear merchandises on this website are listed in either US men or women sizes, unless otherwise stated. Pricing and Payment Options

Sales Tax and Custom & Duties

Given that Playsneaker.com ships worldwide, we do not charge federal, state, local or county taxes on online transactions; however, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper payments as required by applicable laws.

Therefore, please note that your on-screen transaction total ¡°does not¡± reflect estimated tax. The actual sales tax should be calculated by you when your order is shipped. The customer is also responsible for all customs and duties at the point of entry into the country of destination.

Shipping and Delivery

For security reasons, Playsneaker.com online purchases may be shipped only to the billing address of your credit card. All purchases are shipped with one of our shipping agents. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to five BUSINESS days to process your order for shipment, in addition up to approximately fourteen BUSINESS days for delivery. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Playsneaker.com cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and Playsneaker.com WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for returned orders due in part by customer negligence. Tracking

We will email a sales invoice immediately after an order is placed for confirmation that your purchase had been accepted for processing.

To ensure the security of your delivery, we are unable to provide you with details on our communications with our shipping agents. However, we do provide tracking numbers upon request, and maintain tracking numbers for each delivery. At times, there may be an error in providing this information to customers. As this information is provided to us by our shipping agents, customers may submit another request for further clarification. We are not liable and/or responsible for any losses or damages that may arise given such an occurrence. Refund and Exchanges

Playsneaker.com wants to ensure your continued satisfaction. For Playsneaker.com online purchases, we are able to accept merchandise for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sales invoice.

On how to complete your return merchandise, please contact us via email Playsneaker@gmail.com   and, in the event that the mistake was due to customer negligence, the merchandise must be returned to us AT YOUR EXPENSE within 10 business days from the date of delivery. In returning your merchandise, you are required to obtain a tracking number from the shipping agent and provide us with this information.

Refunds : All refunds are refunded in the full amount. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.

Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise will be provided automatically after filling out a RMA request. However, in order to avoid such a stage, clients are advised to clarify unclear issues before placing any orders. Changes/Cancellations

We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.
